河北省某井田5^(#)煤层清洁利用方向研究

摘　　要：在总结河北省某井田5^(#)煤层的煤岩、煤质特征的基础上,按照固定床气化用煤、气流床气化用煤、直接液化用煤、中低温热解用煤等煤炭清洁利用规范要求,从煤岩、煤质及煤的工艺性能等参数入手,依据清洁用煤对煤质、工艺性能等指标要求,分析了5^(#)煤层清洁利用方向。研究结果表明,井田内5^(#)煤层煤适合作为气流床气化用煤和中低温热解用煤。Based on the summary of the coal rock and coal quality characteristics of the No.5 coal seam in a well field in Hebei province,analyzes the clean utilization direction of the No.5 coal seam according to the requirements of fixed bed gasification coal,airflow bed gasification coal,direct liquefaction coal,and medium and low temperature pyrolysis coal,starting from the parameters of coal rock,coal quality,and coal process performance,and based on the requirements of clean coal for coal quality,process performance,and other indicators.The research results indicate that the No.5 coal seam in the mine field is suitable for use as coal for fluidized bed gasification and coal for medium to low temperature pyrolysis.
