摘 要:大直径公路隧道盾构井在施工阶段承担着盾构机吊装、盾构掘进始发和接收的重要功能。后期运营阶段盾构井承担隧道运营、设备布置、故障检修、事故安全疏散等多种工况的功能要求。本文以深圳妈湾跨海通道盾构井为研究对象,结合盾构法地下快速路的特点,针对大直径公路隧道盾构特点设计盾构接收井结构。利用Midas Civil有限元软件建立荷载-结构法盾构井三维计算模型,分析了盾构接收井在盾构吊装阶段、施工后浇结构及后期运营阶段的环框梁受力特点,同时总结了大直径盾构井环框梁构造措施,对于以后指导大直径盾构井结构设计及施工有重要意义。The shield shafts of large-diameter highway tunnels play crucial roles during the construction stage,including shield machine hoisting,shield tunneling initiation,and reception.In the subsequent operation stage,they handle various tasks such as tunnel operation,equipment layout,troubleshooting maintenance and safety evacuation in case of accidents.This article takes Shenzhen Mawan Cross-sea Shield Tunnel as the research object,and designs the shield receiving shaft structure according to the characteristics of shield-driven un-derground expressway.The three-dimensional calculation model of the load-shaft structure is established using Midas Civil finite element software.The stress characteristics of the ring frame beam in the shield receiving shaft are analyzed during the shield hoisting stage,the post-construction pouring stage and the subsequent operation stage.The construction measures of the ring frame beam of the large-diameter shield shaft are also summarized.Those findings provide valuable guidance for the structural design and construction of large-diameter shield shafts.
