摘  要:为获得TBM推力和扭矩利用率优质区间,统计国内外17条TBM隧道的掘进数据(推力、扭矩、贯入度)和岩石强度,并引入现场贯入指标(FPI)和扭矩贯入指标(TPI),分别分析其与推力和扭矩利用率之间的关系。通过掘进参数(推力、扭矩、贯入度等)、岩石强度、FPI、TPI与推力扭矩利用率之间所表现出的规律对TBM推力扭矩利用率进行评估,发现推力利用率与现场贯入指标和扭矩贯入指标的拟合优度较高,相关系数R2分别为0.85和0.74;推力利用率在0.15~0.6和扭矩利用率在0.15~0.5这两个区间内各参数变化相对稳定,为优质利用率区间。基于中从隧道地勘数据对推力进行预测,预测平均误差为5.56%;结合推力利用率优质区间,反算最大推力,以便为TBM最大总推力选择提供指导,提高TBM的适应性。In order to obtain the high-quality interval of TBM thrust and torque utilization rate,the tunneling data(thrust,torque,penetration,etc.)and rock strength of 17 TBM tunnels at home and abroad were collected,and the field penetration index(FPI)and torque penetration index(TPI)were introduced to analyze their relationship with thrust and torque utilization rate respectively.The utilization rate of thrust and torque of TBM is evaluated by the law between tunneling parameters(thrust,torque,penetration,etc.),rock strength,FPI,TPI and utilization rate of thrust and torque.It is found that the utilization rate of thrust has a high goodness of fit with the field penetration index and torque penetration index,and the correlation coefficient R^(2)is 0.85 and 0.74,respectively.It is concluded that the change of each parameter is relatively stable in the two ranges of thrust utilization rate of 0.15-0.6 and torque utilization rate of 0.15-0.5,which is the high-quality utilization range.Finally,the thrust is predicted by the tunnel geological survey data,and the average prediction error is 5.56%.Combined with the high-quality interval of thrust utilization rate,the maximum thrust is inversely calculated to offer guidance for the selection of the maximum total thrust of TBM and improve the adaptability of TBM.
