摘 要:随着我国经济社会发展全面绿色转型,铁路罐车清洗作业也逐渐向自动化、环保化方向发展。在某洗罐所设计过程中,结合洗罐作业污染物产生情况,对废水处理回用、废气吸附排放、固废收集处理等设施进行针对性设计,使处理后的废水水质满足洗罐工艺二次回用和直排市政管网要求,处理后的废气排放浓度及排放速率满足大气污染物有组织排放要求,固体废物收集处理设施满足相关规定要求。设计在提升生产作业效率的同时,系统解决了洗罐作业污染物不达标排放问题。With the economic and social development comprehensively transiting to green,the washing facilities of railway tank have gradually developed in the direction of automation and environmental protection.In the design process of a tank washing place,situation of pollutant generation in tank washing operation is considered,facilities such as wastewater reuse,exhaust adsorption and discharge,and solid waste treatment are purposefully designed.The water quality of wastewater after treating meets the requirements of secondary reuse and discharging to municipal pipe network directly,the discharge concentration and rate of exhaust meets the requirements of organized discharge of air pollutant,and the solid waste treatment facilities meets the relevant requirements.The relevant design not only improves the efficiency of production operation,but also systematically solves the problem of substandard discharge of pollutant in tank washing operation.
