摘 要:汉江沙洋港疏港铁路是湖北省沙洋县投资建设的一条地方铁路,本项目建成后,连接浩吉铁路与沙洋港,既是浩吉铁路的疏运系统,又是沙洋港的集运系统。结合汉江沙洋港疏港铁路设计,从不同货车交接地点入手,针对自管及铁路局代管等管理方式,对车辆交接方案进行深入研究,对运输成本进行详细测算,对方案进行经济技术比选,并提出汉江沙洋港疏港铁路运输管理方式的最优方案。研究思路及方法可为后续类似地方铁路运营管理方式、车辆交接地点选择提供参考。Hanjiang Shayang Harbor Diversion Railway is a local railway invested and constructed by Shayang County in Hubei Province.After the completion of the project,it will be connected to the Haolebaoji-Ji′an Raiway and Shayang Harbor,serving as the evacuation system for the Haolebaoji-Ji′an Railway and Shayang Port′s consolidation system.Combined with the design of Hanjiang Shayang Harbor Diversion Railway,starting with different truck interchange locations and considering selfadministration and management by the railway administration,the article conducts in-depth studies for interchange program,takes measurements and calculations in detail for transportation cost,makes economic and technical comparisons of programs,and finally proposes the optimal solution for the management of railway transportation in Shayang Harbor of Hanjiang River.The research ideas and methods will provide a reference for subsequent similar local railway operations management approach and different truck interchange locations.
