摘  要:详细阐述TBM隧道连续皮带机滚筒转载式和磁力摩擦式辅助驱动的工作原理及驱动方式,并依托山西中部引黄工程输水隧洞,从设备采购成本、维修成本、综合成本等方面对两种辅助驱动的经济性进行对比分析。研究结果表明:磁力摩擦式辅助驱动可避免渣料高位卸载转运对皮带造成的冲击,有助于降低皮带故障率,减少皮带维修时间及成本;采用磁力摩擦式辅助驱动在工程初期投入较高,但综合成本相对较低,对于早期资金较为充裕的工程而言,宜选择磁力摩擦式辅助驱动进行施工。The working principle and driving mode of drum transfer typed auxiliary driving and magnetic friction typed auxiliary driving for TBM tunnel continuous belt conveyor are introduced.And relying on the water conveyance tunnel of the Yellow River Diversion Project in central Shanxi,the economics are compared and analyzed from the equipment procurement cost,maintenance cost and comprehensive cost.The results show that:the magnetic friction typed auxiliary driving avoids the impact on the belt caused by the high-level unloading and transportation of slag,which helps to reduce the belt failure rate and the belt maintenance time and cost;the use of magnetic friction typed auxiliary driving has high investment in the initial stage of the project,but the comprehensive cost is relatively low.The magnetic friction typed auxiliary driving should be selected for the projects with abundant funds in the early stage.
