摘 要:苏州工业园区星塘街北延工程(苏虹路-唯澄路)一标项目互通立交桥箱梁结构样式多、部分孔跨曲线半径小,结构施工难度大,且桥梁连续跨越通航娄江河道以及运营的G312国道,工程施工风险高。结合以往实践经验以及成功的实施案例,应用双排钢管桩夹心土围堰技术+承台基坑开挖封底施工技术解决水中桥梁基础施工难题;设计贝雷架+碗扣满堂组合支架体系,顺利完成水中上跨既有匝道以及上跨国道、既有桥桥墩等工程建设任务。The first section of the Xingtang Street North Extension Project in Suzhou Industrial Park(from Suhong Road to Weicheng Road)involves multiple styles of interchange bridge box girder structures,small radius of some span curves,and high difficulty in structural construction,and the bridge continuously spans the navigable Loujiang River and the operating G312 National Highway,which poses high construction risks.Based on past practical experience and successful implementation cases,we applied the double row steel pipe pile sandwich soil cofferdam technology+foundation pit excavation and bottom sealing construction technology to solve the construction difficulties of underwater bridge foundations and designed a combination support system consisting of Bailey frame and bowl buckle,which had successfully completed the construction tasks of crossing existing ramps over water,as well as spanning national highways and existing bridge piers.
