摘  要:西十高铁秦岭马白山隧道为特长单线双洞隧道,洞身围岩为花岗岩,以Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级围岩为主,为硬质岩体隧道。为满足硬质岩体隧道快速施工需求,合理确定仰拱和二衬步距,是有效协调组织各工序的前提。通过分析硬质岩体隧道快速施工组织设计,基于隧道快速施工机械化配置,采用FLAC^(3D)有限差分软件,建立三维数值分析模型,考虑隧道横断面形式、开挖方法和支护形式,分析施工步距调整后的隧道围岩稳定性和支护结构变形受力特征,并结合马白山隧道施工现场实际作业工装配置和作业空间需求,提出满足全断面开挖及相应支护条件下的施工步距,以期为硬质岩体条件下隧道快速施工提供理论支撑。The Qinling Mabai Mountain Tunnel,a special long single track double hole tunnel of the Xi′an-Shiyan High-speed Railway,has a hard rock mass tunnel with granite as the surrounding rock,mainly of Class II and III rock masses.To meet the requirements of rapid construction of hard rock mass tunnels,determining the reasonable step distance of the arch and secondary lining is a prerequisite for effectively coordinating and organizing various processes.By analyzing the organization design of rapid construction of hard rock tunnels,based on the mechanized configuration of tunnel rapid construction,using FLAC^(3D) finite difference software,a three-dimensional model was established and numerical simulation analysis was carried out.Considering the cross-sectional form,excavation method,and support form of the tunnel,the stability of tunnel surrounding rock and the deformation and stress characteristics of support structures after adjusting the construction step distance are analyzed,and the actual operation equipment configuration and working space requirements of the Mabai Mountain Tunnel construction site were considered.A long-distance step distance that meets the full section excavation and corresponding support conditions was proposed,providing theoretical support for rapid construction of hard rock masses.
