基于同江铁路口岸发展研究佳同铁路扩能改造的必要性

摘  要:2022年底同江铁路大桥已正式开通运营,与满洲里、绥芬河铁路口岸共同形成我国东北地区对俄开放的三大铁路口岸。佳同铁路作为同江口岸与内陆地区沟通交流的必经后方通道,存在技术标准低、多个区段能力利用率趋于饱和等问题,是同江铁路口岸未来发展的瓶颈。以研究同江铁路口岸发展为基础,分析同江铁路口岸定位、辐射范围及运量,进而研究其后方通道佳同铁路运量及扩能改造方案。最后从响应“一带一路”、我国能源进口多元化、促进同江铁路口岸发展、补齐路网短板、兴边富民等角度分析佳同铁路扩能改造的必要性。At the end of 2022,the Tongjiang Railway Bridge has been officially opened and put into operation.Together with Manchuria and Suifenhe railway ports,they form the three major railway ports in Northeast China that are open to Russia.Jiamusi-Tongjiang Railway,as a necessary rear passage for communication and exchange between Tongjiang Port and inland areas,has problems such as low technical standards and saturation of capacity utilization in multiple sections,which are bottlenecks for the future development of Tongjiang Railway Port.Based on the study of the development of Tongjiang Railway Port,this article analyzed the positioning,radiation range and transportation volume of Tongjiang Railway Port,and then studied the transportation volume and capacity expansion and transformation plan of its rear channel Jiamusi-Tongjiang Railway.Finally,the article analyzed the necessity of the expansion and transformation of Jiamusi-Tongjiang Railway from the perspectives of responding to the′the Belt and Road Initiative′,China′s energy import diversification,promoting the development of Tongjiang Railway Port,supplementing the shortcomings of the road network,and prospering the border and enriching the people.
