摘　　要：为了应对当前调运工作面临的效率和准确性挑战,针对煤炭调运分流的信息化问题,需要进行全面的升级策略研究。提出煤炭调运分流信息化升级“三步走”建设目标,旨在实现调运流程的信息化和智能化;提出业务流程可视化“两步走”建设目标,以提高业务流程的透明度和可管理性。通过策略的实施,不仅能提高调运分流效率,为决策提供更多智能支持和更全面的数据分析,满足现代信息化和智能化管理的需求,还将有助于克服当前工作流程的复杂性和对人工操作的依赖性,使煤炭调运分流业务向高效和智能化迈进。In response to the efficiency and accuracy challenges faced by current coal transportation,a com⁃prehensive upgrade strategy research is needed for the informationization of coal transportation and diversion.The proposed"three-step"construction goal for the information-based upgrade of coal transportation and di⁃version aims to achieve informationization and intelligentization of the transportation process,while the pro⁃posed"two-step"construction goal for the visualization of business processes"seeks to enhance the transpar⁃ency and manageability of business processes.By implementing these strategies,the efficiency of transporta⁃tion and diversion can be improved to provide more intelligent support for decision-making and comprehen⁃sive data analysis,and meet the requirements of modern information-based and intelligent management.More⁃over,it will help overcome the complexity of current workflows and reduce dependence on manual operations,advancing coal transportation and diversion towards higher efficiency and intelligence.
