摘 要:结合神东矿区浅埋深近距离煤层重叠多次扰动开采特点,针对采空区高浓度氮气涌出、采空区遗煤氧化、地表漏风、采空区“呼吸”现象等主要导致回风隅角低氧的因素,在采取合理配风调压、加强井上井下漏风封堵等常规措施基础上,研究并应用井下移动抽排、均压技术治理隅角低氧问题,取得了良好效果,提高了隅角氧气浓度,为近距离煤层群重叠扰动开采条件下治理工作面低氧探索了新途径。This paper analyzes the cause of low oxygen in the return air corner during the mining process of the coal face,considering the shallow buried close distance coal seam overlap disturbing mining of Shendong mining area repeatedly;In order to address the factors that lead to low oxygen content in the return air,such as high concentration nitrogen gas emission from the goaf,oxidation of residual coal in the goaf,surface air leakage,and"breathing"phenomenon in the goaf,this paper focuses on the application of conventional measures such as proper air distribution regulation and strengthening of air leakage sealing both above and below ground.In addition,this paper also explores and applies underground mobile pumping and pressure equalizing technology to address the issue of low oxygen content in the corner area.These efforts have yield⁃ed positive results,improving the oxygen concentration in the corner area and providing a new approach for mitigating low oxygen levels in working faces under conditions of close distance coal seam overlap disturbing the mining.
