摘 要:针对富水顶板巷道围岩软化、强度降低、裂隙发育等问题,现有方法难以有效揭示富水巷道裂隙发育情况,普通支护已不能满足实际生产要求。以宁东煤田红柳煤矿I010401工作面运输巷为工程背景,采用地质雷达探测方法,开展了富水顶板巷道围岩裂隙发育规律的研究,提出了高预应力锚杆+树脂加长(全长)锚固+喷砼封闭围岩的富水顶板巷道围岩控制技术,并采用FLAC数值模拟对巷道支护参数进行优化设计。回采期间巷道顶底板变形量最大值为180 mm,两帮变形量最大值为125 mm,巷道顶部破碎深度为1.70 m,开采帮为0.40 m,非开采帮无明显松动圈,巷道顶板、两帮表面无明显破坏现象,围岩控制效果较好,表明优化后的支护方案能够确保富水顶板巷道的安全稳定。The existing methods are difficult to effectively reveal the fracture development in water-rich road⁃way due to softening,strength reduction,and fracture development of the surrounding rock in the water-rich roof roadway.Conventional support measures are no longer able to meet the requirements of practical produc⁃tion.In this paper,taking the I010401 haulage roadway in Hongliu Coal Mine of Ningdong Coalfield as the engineering background,the geological radar detection method is used to investigate the development law of fractures in water-rich roof roadway.The water-rich roof roadway surrounding rock control technology is pro⁃posed,which includes high-stress anchor bolts,resin extended(full-length)anchoring,and shotcrete closure of surrounding rock.FLAC numerical simulation is employed to optimize the design of roadway support param⁃eters.During the mining period,the maximum deformation of the roadway roof and floor is 180 mm,and the maximum deformation of both sides is 125 mm.The breakage depth at the top of the roadway is 1.70 m,and the breakage depth at the mining side is 0.40 m.There is no obvious loosening zone in the non-mining side,and there is no significant damage to the surface of the roadway roof and sides.The surrounding rock control effect is good,indicating that the optimized support plan can ensure the safety and stability of the wa⁃ter-rich roof roadway.
