摘 要:某电厂采用世界首例汽轮发电机组高位布置技术,汽动给水泵及给水泵汽轮机布置在汽机房45 m平台,汽动给水泵前置泵布置在汽机房0 m,除氧器布置在汽机房27 m平台,此布置实现了高位布置汽轮发电机组厂房空间的综合利用,减少了给水泵汽轮机进汽、排汽管道的长度及给水泵汽轮机进汽、排汽管道的阻力,提高了给水泵组效率,但此布置带来了给水泵油中进水、给水泵无法静态注水、泵组盘车困难、除氧器易满水等问题。针对给水泵组高位布置在超超临界直接空冷机组应用中存在的问题,通过系统优化论证,结合工程实践应用,提高系统的可靠性和经济性,为给水泵组高位布置方案提供了设计依据。The world's first steam turbine generator set overhead arrangement technology is adopted in a pow⁃er plant.Its steam-driven feedwater pump and feedwater pump turbine are arranged on the platform at 45 m,the lead pump of the steam-driven feedwater pump is arranged on the platform at 0 m,and the deaera⁃tor is arranged on the platform at 27 m of the steam turbine room.Such an arrangement realizes the compre⁃hensive utilization of the space in the overhead steam turbine generator set building,and reduces the length of and resistance in the steam inlet and outlet pipelines of the feedwater pump turbine,thereby improving the efficiency of the feedwater pump unit.However,such an arrangement also causes problems such as water ingress into the oil of feedwater pump,inability to statically inject water into the feedwater pump,difficulty in turning the pump unit,and easy overfilling of the deaerator.In order to solve the problems existing in the application of overhead feedwater pump unit in ultra-supercritical direct air-cooled unit,this paper provides a design basis for the overhead arrangement scheme of feedwater pump through system optimization and dem⁃onstration,engineering practice application,and reliability and economic efficiency improvement of the system.
