摘 要:化工灰岩是我国电石、纯碱等工业发展的物质基础。为保障电石、纯碱工业健康稳定发展,梳理了我国化工灰岩资源储量、开发利用情况以及电石、纯碱等工业发展现状及市场趋势,并通过静态保障年限计算方法,分析了化工灰岩资源的保障能力。研究认为:我国化工灰岩矿山以小型为主;电石灰岩矿产量整体保持波动上升趋势,制碱灰岩矿产量整体呈现平缓波动趋势;化工灰岩的消费量整体呈上升趋势,消费市场受技术革新及世界经济市场的影响;化工灰岩矿资源较为丰富,电石灰岩及制碱灰岩资源保障程度均为中等。建议进一步加大国内化工灰岩资源勘查力度,消灭工作程度较低或空白区域,确保化工灰岩勘查高质量发展;强化化工灰岩矿资源勘查、开发的统一规划和管理,加强矿山的标准化建设,合理高效利用资源,发展绿色矿业。Chemical limestone is the material basis for the development of calcium carbide,soda ash and other industries in China.In order to ensure the healthy and stable development of China's calcium carbide and soda ash industries,in this paper wecomb the reserves,development and utilization of China's chemical limestone resources,as well as the development status and market trend of calcium carbide,soda ash and other industries,and analyze the guarantee ability of chemical limestone resources through the calculation method of static guarantee years.In this paper,we think that China's chemical limestone mines are mainly small-scale;The overall production of calcium carbide limestone mines in China has maintained a fluctuating upward trend,while the overall production of alkali making limestone mines has shown a gentle fluctuation trend;The overall consumption of chemical limestone in China is on the rise,and the consumer market is influenced by technological innovation and the world economic market;China has abundant chemical limestone resources,with a moderate level of guarantee for the resources of calcium carbide limestone and alkali making limestone.We suggest further increasing the exploration of domestic chemical limestone resources,eliminating areas with low or blank work levels,and ensuring the high-quality development of chemical limestone exploration;We suggest strengthening the unified planning and management of the exploration and development of chemical limestone resources,strengthening the standardization construction of mines,and utilizing resources reasonably and efficiently,and developing green mining.
