摘  要:简述了热连轧线卷取机组及夹送辊现状,分析了生产花纹卷板时会出现卷取夹送辊上表面异常粘钢的原因,通过优化卷取夹送辊电机电流限幅、控制、夹送辊压力等措施,解决了热轧卷取花纹卷板导致夹送辊粘钢问题,进一步提高了生产效率和产品质量。This paper briefly describes the present situation of coiler unit and pinch roll in hot continuous rolling line,analyzes the reasons of abnormal steel sticking on the upper surface of pinch roll of the coiler when producing coil.By optimizing motor current limiting and control of pinch roll of the coiler,and pinch roll pressure,the problem of steel sticking on pinch roll in producing hot rolled checkered coil was solved,and the production efficiency and product quality were further improved.
