摘 要:针对钢铁制造业数字化转型的迫切需求,提出了基于数字孪生三维模型的多监控点位视频融合可视化方案,以推动智慧工厂建设的全面升级。优特钢高速线材全流程数字化实践关键在于利用多监控点位视频融合技术,将不同监控点位的动态视频与实景三维模型融合,为生产管理人员提供更全面、实时、直观的监控信息,优化决策流程,提升生产效率。In view of the urgent need for digital transformation of the steel manufacturing industry,this paper proposes a multi-monitoring point video fusion visualization scheme based on the 3D model of digital twin to promote the comprehensive upgrading of intelligent factory construction.The key to the digital practice of the whole process of high-speed wire rod with high-quality and special steel is to use multi-monitoring point video fusion technology to integrate the dynamic video of different monitoring points with the real-life 3D model,so as to provide more comprehensive,real-time and intuitive monitoring information for production managers,optimize the decision-making process and improve production efficiency.
