摘　　要：为了解决轧钢厂高线成品钢材标牌传统人工挂标方式存在的效率低、劳动强度大等问题,首钢长治钢铁有限公司轧钢厂高线精整南北线各增设一台自动标牌焊接系统。投入生产后,完成2张标牌的焊接时间控制在45s内,焊牌成功率99.5%以上,充分满足现场需求。该系统技术先进,焊标效果显著,操作简便,维护方便,具有极高的推广应用价值。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity existing in the traditional manual labeling method of finished steel labels of high-speed wire rod of rolling mill,an automatic label welding system is added to the north and south high-speed wire rod finishing lines of rolling mill of Shougang Changzhi Steel and Iron Co.,Ltd.After being put into production,the welding time of two labels is controlled within 45 s,and the success rate of welding labels is over 99.5%,which fully meets the on-site needs.The system has advanced technology,remarkable welding effect,simple operation and convenient maintenance,and has high popularization and application value.
