摘  要:鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂吊车梁提升工程中,吊车梁分段依次提升1.7 m完成后,两跨内共计9台桥式起重机需要在未提升的吊车梁上进行牵引爬坡至提升后的吊车梁上,因此需要对吊车牵引爬坡方案进行详细论证,同时论证吊车牵引爬坡的可行性和安全性。After the crane beam is lifted 1.7 m by section one after another in the lifting project of crane beam in Steel making General Works of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,a total of 9 bridge cranes between the two bays need to be dragged and climbed onto the hoisted crane beam above the unhoisted crane beam,so it is necessary to carry out a detailed demonstration of the crane traction climbing scheme,and at the same time demonstrate the feasibility and safety of the crane traction climbing.The traction climbing of the 9 cranes is for the first time since the establishment of the steel making plant.Besides,it is in the condition when it is the first case at home and abroad,and there is no experience to learn from.
