摘 要:为研究不同因素对沸石制备及其吸附效果的影响,以粉煤灰为原料,采用亚甲基蓝模拟染料废水,使用扫描电镜、X-射线衍射仪、N 2吸附脱附对沸石进行表征,分析了碱灰比、晶化时间和晶化温度对沸石合成的影响。并探讨了MB溶液初始浓度、吸附剂用量、吸附温度和时间等对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:沸石在碱灰比为0.83∶1,晶化温度为90℃,晶化时间为9 h时,可以得到形态较佳的八面沸石分子筛;当吸附温度为25℃,MB初始浓度为200 mg/L,吸附剂投加量为3 g/L时,去除率为95.81%,此时吸附性能最佳,同时吸附热力学分析表明吸附过程符合Langmuir模型,属于单分子层吸附。This paper aims at an insight into the influence of different factors on zeolite preparation and its adsorption effect.The study consists of using fly ash as raw material and simulating dye wastewater with methylene blue;characterizing the zeolites by using scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer,and N 2 adsorption and desorption;analyzing the effects of alkaline-ash ratio,crystallization time,and crystallization temperature on the synthesis of zeolites;and exploring the effects of initial concentration of MB solution,adsorbent dosage,adsorption temperature and time on the adsorption effect.The results show that the Faujasite molecular sieve with better shape can be obtained in the presence of the alkaline-ash ratio of 0.83∶1,the crystallization temperature of 90℃,and the crystallization time of 9 h.The best adsorption performance appears with the adsorption temperature of 25℃,the initial concentration of MB of 200 mg/L,the dosage of adsorbent of 3 g/L,and removal rate of 95.81%.The adsorption thermodynamic analysis shows that the adsorption process conforms to Langmuir model and belongs to the monomolecular layer adsorption.
