摘 要:推进道路照明节能改造工作,可以减少道路照明运行产生的能源消耗和碳排放,对实现碳达峰和碳中和具有重要意义。本文提出面向道路照明节能改造的综合性减碳评价指标,结合电量的节约和照明质量的提升对减碳量进行评估,实现以照明质量达标为前提条件的减碳评价体系,为节能改造工程的减碳评价提供基础模型,从而完整地对节能改造工作带来的经济效益和社会效益进行评价。Promoting the energy-saving road lighting retrofit work can reduce the energy consumption and carbon emissions generated by road lighting,which is important for achieving peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality.This paper proposes a comprehensive carbon reduction evaluation indicators for energy-saving road lighting retrofit.It assesses the carbon reduction amount by combining electricity savings and the improvement of lighting quality,and realizes a carbon reduction evaluation system with the precondition of meeting the lighting quality standards,providing a basic model for the carbon reduction evaluation of energy-saving transformation projects,thereby comprehensively evaluating the economic and social benefits brought by the energy-saving retrofit work.
