摘 要:伴随汽车及其配件不断的智能化升级,带有动态效果的车灯相应兴起并迅速发展,但绝大多数以流水的方式呈现,动画层次不够丰富。本文将介绍一种基于96通道矩阵驱动器的智能交互灯控制系统,每一颗LED独立承担显示功能,成千上万颗LED有序的排列分布于汽车灯具面板内,根据不同的场景,灯具面板呈现有趣的图案、文字,或根据用户的需求,与车友、行人进行友好互动和对话。在本系统中,LED控制管理器使用了一款单颗具有96通道的汽车级矩阵模块,利用其可编程多路复用特性,对每颗LED进行分时PWM驱动,当LED正极PWM波形是高电平且负极PWM波形是低电平时,LED才能被点亮,当LED正极PWM波形与负极PWM波形处于相同电平时,LED不会被点亮,改变PWM的占空比可以改变LED的亮度,通过这一原理设计电路并控制每颗LED的明暗亮灭。48引脚TQFN封装的小体积可以轻松搭载于LED面板,配合CAN收发器就能实现离板设计和远距离通信;本系统中的驱动电路采用了一款低成本降压模块,MCU通过SPI与CAN总线两种通讯方式完成智能交互灯光播放。With the continuous intelligent upgrading of automobiles and their accessories,car lights with dynamic effects have emerged and developed rapidly.However,the vast majority of them are presented in a flowing water manner,and the animation hierarchy is not rich enough.This article will introduce an intelligent interactive light control system based on a 96-channel matrix driver.Each LED independently undertakes the display function,and thousands of LEDs are arranged and distributed in an orderly manner in the car lighting panel.According to different scenes,the lighting panel presents interesting patterns and text,or according to the users’needs,conducts friendly interaction and dialogue with fellow drivers and pedestrians.In this system,the LED control manager uses an automotive-grade matrix module with 96 channels per chip.Using its programmable multiplexing feature,each LED is driven by time-sharing PWM.The LED can be lit only when the PWM waveform at the positive pole of the LED is at a high level and the PWM waveform at the negative pole of the LED is at a low level.When the positive PWM waveform of the LED and the negative PWM waveform are at the same level,the LED will not be lit up.Changing the duty cycle of the PWM can change the brightness of the LED.By designing a circuit based on this principle,the on/off and brightness of each LED is controlled.The small volume of the 48-pin TQFN package can be easily mounted on LED panels,and can be used with CAN transceivers to achieve off-board design and long-distance communication.The driving circuit in this system uses a low-cost step-down module,and the MCU completes intelligent interactive lighting playback through two communication methods:SPI and CAN bus.
