摘 要:为强化脱氮除磷效率,推动污水处理绿色低碳发展,基于W污水处理厂,研究了降低膜生物反应器(Membrane Bio-Reactor,MBR)处理生活污水能耗及碳排放强度的路径,分析了低溶解氧对脱氮除磷的影响,结合微生物特性进行了机理分析,同时核算了碳排放强度。结果表明,动态调整好氧区溶解氧浓度,保持溶解氧浓度在0.5 mg/L左右,同步调整回流比,出水能够稳定达到四川省地标,TN、TP去除效率提升10%、8%,其主要原因是低溶解氧条件下厌氧区ORP较低,释磷更充分,同时该条件下反硝化除磷菌占比提高,反硝化除磷效果显著增强。碳排放强度核算表明,低溶解氧条件下总碳排放强度下降约0.342 kgCO_(2)/m^(3),其中直接碳排放强度增加约0.031 kgCO_(2)/m^(3),间接碳排放强度下降约0.373 kgCO_(2)/m^(3),直接碳排放强度的增加主要是由于出水水质更优更稳定,N_(2)O排放直接排放增多,而碳排放强度降低的贡献主要来源于间接碳排放过程中电耗降低。To enhance the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal and promote the green and low-carbon development,based on the W wastewater treatment plant,the path to reduce the energy consumption and carbon emission intensity of membrane bioreactor(MBR) treatment of domestic wastewater was studied,and the impact of low dissolved oxygen on nitrogen and phosphorus removal was analyzed.The mechanism analysis was conducted in combination with microbial characteristics,and the carbon emission intensity was calculated.The results showed that by dynamically adjusting the dissolved oxygen(DO) in the aerobic zone,maintaining the DO concentration at about 0.5 mg/L and synchronously adjusting the reflux ratio,the effluent quality can reach the local standard stably,and the removal efficiency of TN and TP increased by about 10% and 8%,respectively.The main reason was that the ORP in the anaerobic zone was lower under low DO,and phosphorus release was more sufficient.At the same time,the proportion of denitrifying phosphorus removal bacteria was increased,and the denitrifying phosphorus removal effect was significantly enhanced under this condition.The carbon emission intensity calculation showed that under the low DO,the total carbon,direct carbon and indirect carbon emission intensity decreased by 0.342 kgCO_(2)/m^(3),0.031 kgCO_(2)/m^(3) and 0.373 kgCO_(2)/m^(3),respectively.The increase of direct carbon emission intensity was mainly due to the better and more stable outflow quality,and the increase of direct emissions of N_2O.The contribution of the reduction of carbon emission intensity was mainly from the reduction of power consumption in the process of indirect carbon emission.
