摘  要:川渝地区复杂深井超深井储层发育、层系多、岩性杂、地层破碎,钻井取心作业中堵心卡心复杂情况频繁发生,存在取心收获率难以保障、单次取心进尺少、取心机械钻速低、取心作业周期长的技术难题,严重影响取心质量与取心效率。为此,针对川渝地区地层分布特点、作业难点持续技术攻关,优化取心钻头、取心工具、取心参数、取心工艺,形成了川渝地区复杂深井多层系多岩性地层取心技术。应用结果表明:(1)创新研发的三筒取心、旋转割心、螺杆取心、满尺寸取心技术,有利于减少堵心卡心,提高单次取心进尺、取心机械钻速;(2)形成的川南页岩气井取心作业新模式、下川东—川中区域超深井长筒取心技术、储气库大斜度井取心技术、川渝地区深层煤岩取心技术,满足不同区域取心需要,屡次创新国内系列施工纪录,支撑了取心作业高质量高效率完成,取心收获率在97.68%以上,取心作业周期缩短20.73%以上。There developed reservoirs,series of strata with various lithologies,and fragmented strata in most complex deep to ul-tra-deep wells,Sichuan-Chongqing area.Frequent core blocking and sticking while coring in such wells lead to coring challenges of uncertain recovery,little footage each coring,low ROP,and long cycle,which may seriously affect coring quality and efficiency.Thus,several coring techniques were developed for these wells from aspects of stratigraphic distribution,coring difficulties and some opti-mization on coring bit,tools,parameters and process.Their application demonstrates that,(i)containing three-barrel,rotary,screw and full-size coring,four innovative techniques are conducive to diminishing the core blocking and sticking,increasing the footage each coring and the ROP,and avoiding complexities;and(ii)the new coring for shale gas wells in southern Sichuan Basin,the long-barrel coring for ultra-deep wells in eastern and central basin,the coring for highly deviated wells of underground gas storages,and the cor-ing for deep coals also in Sichuan-Chongqing area are proposed for different areas.Setting the coring record in China several times,the above-mentioned techniques support quality and efficient coring,and make the recovery exceeding 97.68%and the cycle shortened by over 20.73%,respectively.
