摘 要:未经矫正的近视会影响人类的视力和视觉功能,是一个全球性的公共卫生问题。不断增加的近视人口正在给卫生保健系统带来越来越大的负担。此外,高度近视或病理性近视会增加视网膜病变等并发症的风险,从而导致不可逆转的视觉障碍。因此,近视的及时发现与干预、并发症的及早发现与治疗至关重要。基于医疗大数据的人工智能(AI)模型具有辅助指导近视个体化诊断和治疗的潜力,AI作为近视高发病率和患病率的一种潜在可行的解决方案,在早期识别、风险分层、进展预测和及时干预等方面具有重要价值。本专家共识由中国医药教育协会眼科影像与智能医疗分会和国际转化医学协会眼科专业委员会组织专家制定,总结目前AI在近视防治中的应用现状,分析目前面临的重要挑战,提出AI在近视防治领域的未来方向,旨在为AI在近视防治和精准医疗中的应用提供参考。Uncorrected myopia affects human vision and visual function and is considered a global public health problem that places an increasing burden on the healthcare system.In addition,high myopia and pathological myopia can increase the risk of complications such as retinopathy,which can lead to irreversible visual impairment.Therefore,it is important to detect myopia early,intervene in time to prevent myopia progression and detect and treat complications early.Artificial intelligence(AI)models based on big data in healthcare have the potential to help guide the individualized treatment of myopia,and AI may be a feasible solution to the myopia pandemic,which has an important value in early detection,risk stratification,progression prediction and timely intervention.In view of the high incidence rate and prevalence of myopia,the Ophthalmic Imaging and Intelligent Medicine Branch of Chinese Medicine Education Association and the Ophthalmology Committee of International Association of Translational Medicine organized experts to summarize the current application of AI in myopia,analyze the important current challenges,and propose the future direction of AI in myopia to form the Consensus on the application of artificial intelligence in myopia(2024),which is intended to provide a reference for AI in myopia prevention and precision medicine.
