自我表露在卵巢功能障碍患者夫妻疾病沟通与恐惧疾病进展间的中介效应分析

摘　　要：目的:了解卵巢功能障碍患者恐惧疾病进展、夫妻疾病沟通与自我表露现状,并分析自我表露在卵巢功能障碍患者夫妻疾病沟通与恐惧疾病进展间的中介效应。方法:选取268例卵巢功能障碍患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、痛苦表露指数量表、夫妻相关疾病沟通量表和简化版恐惧疾病进展问卷进行测评。采用Amos软件构建结构方程模型(SEM)进行中介效应检验。结果:卵巢功能障碍患者恐惧疾病进展总分为(35.24±5.28)分,夫妻疾病沟通总分为(17.74±3.64)分,自我表露总分为(38.38±5.58)分;卵巢功能障碍患者恐惧疾病进展与夫妻疾病沟通呈正相关(P<0.05),与自我表露之间呈负相关(P<0.01),自我表露与夫妻疾病沟通之间呈负相关(P<0.05);自我表露在夫妻疾病沟通与恐惧疾病进展之间的中介效应为0.27,占总效应的34.18%。结论:自我表露是卵巢功能障碍患者夫妻疾病沟通与恐惧疾病进展之间的中介变量,临床医护人员应加大对卵巢功能障碍患者夫妻疾病沟通的关注度,鼓励情绪表达,并采取干预措施防止过度恐惧,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To understand the current status of fear of disease progression,couple disease communication and self-disclosure in patients with ovarian dysfunction,and to analyze the mediating effect of self-disclosure between couple disease communication and fear of disease progression in patients with ovarian dysfunction.Methods:A total of 268 patients with ovarian dysfunction were selected as the research objects.The general information questionnaire,the pain disclosure index scale,the couple-related disease communication scale and the simplified version of the fear of disease progression questionnaire were used to conduct the survey.Amos software was used to construct structural equation modeling for mediation effect testing.Results:The total score of fear of disease progression in patients with ovarian dysfunction was 35.24±5.28,the total score of couples′disease communication was 17.74±3.64,and the total score of self-disclosure was 38.38±5.58.There was a positive correlation between fear of disease progression and couple′s disease communication,a significant negative correlation with self-disclosure(P<0.05),and a negative correlation between self-disclosure and couple′s disease communication(P<0.05).The mediating effect of self-disclosure between couples′disease communication and fear of disease progression was 0.27,accounting for 34.18%of the total effect.Conclusion:Self-disclosure is a mediating variable between couples disease communication and fear of disease progression in patients with ovarian dysfunction.Clinical medical staff should pay more attention to disease communication in couples with ovarian dysfunction,encourage emotional expression,and take intervention measures to prevent excessive fear,so as to improve patients′quality of life.
