国内外数字旅游研究述评与展望——基于VOSviewer的可视化分析

摘　　要：数字旅游是数字经济时代下促进旅游业高质量发展的重要引擎。近年来,随着数字旅游研究数量增加,有必要提高学界和业界对数字旅游的认知。采用文献回顾和知识图谱研究方法,利用VOSviewer可视化软件,对国内外数字旅游相关文献进行了研究述评和展望。近十年国内外数字旅游研究均表现出稳步发展态势,但理论分析和理论拓展上还不够深入;结合关键词可视化分析,系统性总结了目前国内外数字旅游领域的研究热点和主题,国内研究聚焦于数字技术对旅游业高质量发展、文旅融合和乡村旅游发展的推动等,国外研究更多关注数字技术对社交媒体应用、智慧旅游城市及智慧旅游目的地发展的促进作用等;从微观和宏观层面,提出未来研究展望,为后续数字旅游研究的开展提供思路和参考。Digital tourism is an important engine to promote the high-quality development of tourism in the era of digital economy.In recent years,with the increase in the number of digital tourism studies,it is necessary to improve the awareness of digital tourism among academic and industry circles.With the method of literature review and knowledge graph research,VOSviewer visualization software is used to review the domestic and foreign digital tourism related literature.In the past decade,digital tourism research at home and abroad has shown a steady development trend,but the theoretical analysis and theoretical expansion are not deep enough.Combined with the visual analysis of keywords,this paper systematically summarizes the current research hotspots and themes in the field of digital tourism at home and abroad,domestic research focuses on the promotion of digital technology for high-quality tourism development,cultural and tourism integration and rural tourism development,etc.,foreign research focuses more on the promotion of digital technology for social media applications,smart tourism cities and smart tourism destinations.From the micro and macro levels,this paper puts forward the prospect of future research,and provides ideas and references for the follow-up research on digital tourism.
