摘 要:采用低温延度、当量脆点和低温弯曲流变试验系统研究了不同细度、掺量坡缕石对SBS改性沥青低温流变性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,随着坡缕石掺量的增加,改性沥青5℃延度呈现减小趋势,沥青胶浆蠕变模量S值逐渐减小,蠕变速率m值逐渐增大;随着坡缕石细度增大,改性沥青当量脆点逐渐降低,掺量为5%时600目坡缕石改性沥青当量脆点达到最低值-10.27℃;掺量为20%时,600目坡缕石改性沥青胶浆蠕变模量S为238MPa,蠕变速率m为0.50。表明坡缕石细度越大,改性沥青低温延度的减小幅度越小,低温抗裂性能越强,沥青胶浆低温流变性能越优良,但坡缕石掺量不宜过大,容易造成低温延度的降低。The influence of different fineness and content of palygorskite on the low-temperature rheological properties of SBS modified asphalt was studied by low-temperature ductility test,equivalent brittle point test and low temperature rheological test.The results showed that,with the increased of palygorskite content,the ductility of modified asphalt decreased at 5°C,the creep modulus of asphalt mortar decreased gradually,and the creep rate increased gradually.With the increased of palygorskitefineness,the equivalent brittle point of modified asphalt decreased gradually;the equivalent brittle point of 600 mesh palygorskite modified asphalt reached the lowest value of–10.27°C,when the content of palygorskite was 5%.The creep modulus of 600 mesh palygorskite modified asphalt mortar was 238 MPa,and the creep rate was 0.50 when the content of palygorskite was 20%.Indicated that with the increase of palygorskitefineness,the decrease amplitude of low temperature ductility decreased,the low temperature crack resistance increased,and the low temperature rheological properties of asphalt mortar increased.While,the content of palygorskite should not be too much,otherwise it was easy to cause the reduction of low temperature ductility of modified asphalt.
