摘  要:针对干式电抗器浇注绝缘表面发生的电痕化劣化问题,使用环氧树脂等材料进行试验。试验建立斜板法电痕化平台,对电痕化放电特性以及材料的蚀损情况进行了测量和分析,包括材料局部放电量的特征、蚀损情况和憎水性的变化,并分析了环氧树脂绝缘材料放电蚀损前后的傅里叶红外图像。试验表明:环氧树脂等绝缘材料的电痕化过程经历了起始期、稳定期、发展期和爆发期。发展期的闪络放电是绝缘材料碳化的主要原因,而添加三氧化二铝有助于提高环氧树脂的耐电痕化性能。在电痕化过程中,随着表面形貌的变化和表面产物的生成,材料表面的粗糙度总体上升,而在放电爆发期,表面粗糙度上升最快。环氧树脂材料在不同时期的变化提供了判断绝缘性能的依据。To address the problem of electrical trace deterioration occurring on the surface of pouring insulation materials for dry-type reactors,experiments were conducted using epoxy resin and other materials.The electrical tracking experimental platform was established to measure and analyze the electrical tracking discharge characteristics and material erosion situation,including the characteristics of partial discharge,corrosion and changes in hydrophobicity of materials,and the Fourier transform infrared images of epoxy resin insulation materials before and after discharge erosion were analyzed.The experiments show that the electrical tracking process of insulation materials such as epoxy resin has gone through initial,stable,developmental,and explosive periods.The flashover discharge during the development period is the main reason for the carbonization of insulation materials,and the addition of aluminum oxide helps to improve the electrical tracking resistance of epoxy resin.In the process of electric tracking,with the change of surface morphology and the generation of surface products,the roughness of the material surface rises in general,and the surface roughness rises the fastest in the discharge outburst period.The changes in epoxy resin materials at different stages provide a basis for judging insulation performance.
