摘 要:医学领域所用材料对生物相容性有较高要求,如生物相容性较差,则易引发毒副作用,影响疗效。生物可降解合成纤维材料具备良好的物理化学性能,且生物相容性优异,原料来源广泛、制备简便,具有广阔的医学应用潜力。鉴于此,概括了生物可降解合成纤维的种类,总结其生物降解原理,并从手术缝合线、伤口敷料、载体骨架、医用纤维纸、医用内支架等方面探讨了生物可降解合成纤维的应用,可为新型医用材料研发提供一定的借鉴。Materials used in the medical field have high requirements for biocompatibility.If biocompatibility is poor,it can easily cause toxic side effects and affect the therapeutic effect.Biodegradable synthetic fiber materials have good physical and chemical properties,excellent biocompatibility,a wide range of raw materials,simple preparation,and broad medical application potential.In view of this,the types of biodegradable synthetic fibers were summarized,and their biodegradation principles were summarized.The application of biodegradable synthetic fibers was explored from aspects such as surgical sutures,wound dressings,carrier skeletons,medical fiber paper,and medical internal stents,which can provide some reference for the development of new medical materials.
