摘  要:针对Cu_(50)Zr_(50)在大气中易被氧化,冷却曲线分析实验和检测困难等问题,采用覆盖渣技术,通过测量不同加热温度下Cu_(50)Zr_(50)的冷却曲线,应用热分析技术研究其凝固和生长过程,以揭示不同过热度熔体结构与凝固规律的关系。结果表明:Cu_(50)Zr_(50)合金不同温度的凝固曲线状态明显不同,形核开始温度和过冷度随温度的不同而发生改变;经历液-液结构转变的Cu_(50)Zr_(50)液态合金凝固时形核过冷度减小,但形核驱动力增大,凝固组织细化。Cuso Zrso is easy to be oxidized in the atmosphere,and it is difficult to analyze and detect the cooling curve.In this paper,the cooling curve of Cu_(50)Zr_(50)at different heating temperatures was measured by covering slag technique,and the solidification and growth process of Cu_(50)Zr_(50)was studied by thermal analysis technique to reveal the relationship between the structure of melt with different superheat and the solidification law.The results show that the solidification curves of Cu_(50)Zr_(50)alloy are obviously different at different temperatures,and the initial nucleation temperature and supercooling degree change with temperature.The undercooling of Cu_(50)Zr_(50)liquid alloy after liquidliquid structure transformation decreases during solidification,but the driving force of nucleation increases,and the solidification structure is refined.
