膨润土膨胀容检验影响因素的探讨

摘　　要：在烧结球团生产过程中膨润土作为球团矿黏结剂加入。但是,膨润土是一种以SiO_(2)为主要成分的黏土岩,它的加入势必会降低球团矿的含铁品位;因此,在球团生产中,膨润土添加量越少越好。膨胀容能够准确反映膨润土的水化性能,反映膨润土电荷性、分散性和膨胀性的综合表现,是冶金球团用膨润土的重要质量指标。通过实验数据表明:烘干温度及烘干时间、试样的粒度是影响膨润土膨胀容检验结果的主要因素。Bentonite is added as a binder for pellets during the production of sintered pellets.However,bentonite is a kind of clay rock with SiO_(2) as the main component,and its addition is bound to reduce the iron grade of the pellets.Therefore,in the production of pellets,the less added amount of bentonite,the better.Expansion capacity can accurately reflect the hydration properties of bentonite,and reflect the comprehensive performance of bentonite's charge,dispersibility and expansibility.It is an important quality indicator of bentonite for metallurgical pellets.Experimental data show that:drying temperature and the drying time,the sample size is the main factors affecting the expansion of bentonite receiving test results.
