摘 要:研究了硼元素对316LN不锈钢的组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,硼元素的添加大幅度提高了不锈钢的力学性能,硼元素可与不锈钢中的铬钼合金元素反应生成硼化物硬质相,通过固溶强化显著提高了不锈钢的强度和硬度。随着硼含量增加,316LN不锈钢的硬度增大。当硼含量0.4%时,烧结态和热处理态的316LN不锈钢的硬度最大,分别为82.3 HRB和97.8 HRB;烧结态和热处理态试样抗拉强度达到最大值,分别为542 MPa和639 MPa。The effect of boron on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 316LN stainless steel was studied.The results show that the addition of boron can greatly improve the mechanical properties of stainless steel,boron can react with chromium molybdenum alloy element in stainless steel to form boride hard phase,and the strength and hardness of stainless steel can be significantly improved by solid solution strengthening.With the increase of boron content,the hardness of 316LN stainless steel increases.When the boron content is 0.4%,the hardness of sintered and heat-treated 316LN stainless steel is the highest,which is 82.3 HRB and 97.8 HRB respectively.The tensile strength of sintered and heat-treated specimens reached the maximum value,which were 542 MPa and 639 MPa respectively.
