摘　　要：TRT液动旁通阀是高炉透平发电机组重要的运行设备和安全保障设施,高炉顶压超过设定值时,旁通阀瞬间打开泄压,保证高炉顶压不超规定范围,确保机组负荷和转速控制在运行指标内。旁通阀在运行过程中,受油路系统和自控系统的双重影响,旁通阀的伺服系统会出现信号丢失导致阀门误动作和拒动作,通过冲洗伺服阀、消除信号线虚接、接触不良,优化内部程序等改善措施,最终保证了液动旁通阀动作及时可靠,为高炉稳定顺行提供重要保障。TRT hydraulic bypass valve is an important operating equipment and safety safeguard for the turbine electric generator of the blast furnace.When the top pressure of the blast furnace exceeds a set value,the TRT hydraulic bypass valve can be used as a safety control device,by-pass valve opens pressure relief instantly to ensure that the top pressure of blast furnace does not exceed the specified range,to ensure that the unit load and speed control in the Operation Index.During the operation of the by-pass valve,the servo system of the by-pass valve will be influenced by the oil system and the automatic control system,through the improvement measures such as flushing servo valve,eliminating false connection and bad contact of signal line,and optimizing internal procedure,the operation of hydraulic bypass valve is ensured in time and reliably.
