摘  要:通过无硼高温合金GH3617室温下的拉伸试验,考察其基础力学性能及变形行为。研究结果表明:固溶热处理(1 175℃/1 h/WC)后合金组织主要由奥氏体等轴晶组成,且存在大量的退火孪晶;室温下合金的变形方式主要是位错的平面滑移和孪生,表现出优越的加工硬化能力和较佳的强塑性匹配,屈服强度为309.7 MPa、抗拉强度为762.3 MPa、延伸率为70.13%;拉伸过程中,裂纹优先在晶界和孤立的碳化物处形核,断裂方式为沿晶-穿晶混合型断裂,裂纹扩展过程中其尖端形成的二次裂纹可释放尖端应力,提高材料塑性。The tensile properties and deformation be havior of boron free superalloy GH3617 at room temperature are mainly studied.The results sh ow that the alloy structure after solid solution heat treatment(1175℃/1 h/WC)is mainly composed of austenite equiaxed grains,and there are a large number of annealing twins.At room temperatur e,the deformation mode of this alloy is mainly plane slip and twinning of dislocations,resulting in superior work hardening ability and achieving better strength plasticity matching.Specifically,the alloy exhibits a yield strength of 309.7 MPa,a tensile strength of 762.3 MPa,and an elongation o f 70.13%.During the stretching process,cracks preferentially nucleate at grain boundaries and is olated carbides,and the fracture mode is a mixed mode of intergranular transgranular fracture.Duri ng the crack propagation process,secondary cracks formed at the tip can release the stress at the tip a nd improve the plasticity of the material.
