摘  要:分析了传统不同设计方法对缸壁厚度的影响;针对某吨位快锻液压机主缸工作情况,简化得出主缸缸筒受力模型;基于拉美公式,分析缸筒壁厚对缸筒所受的径向及切向应力的影响变化规律;与传统主缸设计方法所设计的油缸进行应力、应变及壁厚对比得出,基于拉美公式法设计的油缸,不仅刚度及刚度可靠,而且壁厚较传统方法所设计的油缸较小。In this paper,firstly the influence of different traditional design methods on cylinder wall thickness is analyzed.Then according to the working condition of the main cylinder of the fast forging hydraulic press,the stress model of the main cylinder is simplified,and then based on Latin American formula,the influence of the cylinder wall thickness on the radial and tangential stress of the cylinder is analyzed.Then,by comparing the stress,strain and wall thickness with the cylinder designed by the traditional master cylinder design method,it is concluded that the cylinder designed by Latin American stress method is not only reliable in stiffness and stiffness,but also smaller in wall thickness than that designed by the traditional method.
