摘 要:本文针对大型快锻压机主缸工作过程中出现的密封漏油、铜套、柱塞损伤等情况,首先从主缸球铰结构抗偏载保护机制中确定了对双球铰抗偏载保护机制有影响作用的球铰结构设计参数,并分析了该参数对双球铰抗偏载保护机制的影响规律;然后建立了双球铰主缸的工作受力模型,采用平面力学法,得出了主缸柱塞对导套及密封的最大侧推力及双球铰对侧推力的影响规律,结果表明:实际工作中,球铰的最大张角对主缸的抗偏载能力影响较大,且现有大型主缸的球铰设计最大张角对主缸的抗偏载保护不利。In this paper,in view of the sealing,copper sleeve and plunger damage in the working process of the larger high speed forging hydraulic press the main cylinder.firstly,The double connection spherical hinge structure design parameters to the anti-offset protection mechanism's influence of double connection spherical hinge is determined from the anti-offset protection mechanism.Then,the double connection spherical hinge structure design parameters to the anti-offset protection mechanism's influence of double connection spherical hinge were analyzed..Finally,the working state model of the 50MN high speed forging hydraulic press master cylinder's was built,and according to the plane statics method,the maximum thrust of the main cylinder plunger to the guide sleeve and the seal,and The influence of the double connection spherical hinge structure design parameters to he main cylinder plunger were obtained.The results show that the maximum opening angle of the double connection spherical hinge structure to the anti-offset capacity of the master cylinder has a great influence in the actual work.Currently,the maximum design opening angle of the double connection spherical hinge structure of 50MN high speed forging hydraulic press is unfavorable to the anti-offset protection of the master cylinder.
