摘  要:本文基于已建立的Ni80A合金动态再结晶模型,在有限元模拟软件中建立Ni80A的热压缩有限元模型;探究热塑性变形过程中应变量和应变速率对Ni80A动态再结晶行为的影响规律。结果表明:动态再结晶体积分数随应变量增大而增大,随应变速率增大而减小;平均晶粒尺寸随着应变量增大而减小,随着应变速率增大而减小。Based on the established dynamic recrystallization model of Ni80A alloy,a thermal compression finite element model for Ni80A was developed in finite element simulation software.The study investigates the influence patterns of strain and strain rate on the dynamic recrystallization behavior of Ni80A during thermoplastic deformation.The results indicate that the dynamic recrystallization volume fraction increases with the growth of strain,while it decreases with the increase in strain rate.Moreover,the average grain size decreases with the increase in strain and also decreases with the increase in strain rate.
