摘　　要：本文针对金属加工过程中的表面质量控制与提升策略进行研究分析。通过理论分析和案例研究相结合的方法,从表面质量对性能的影响、质量评价指标、工艺参数优化、表面处理技术应用等方面进行探讨。研究表明加工参数的合理选择与表面处理技术的应用是提升表面质量、实现高品质零件制造的有效手段。This paper analyzes the surface quality control and lifting strategies in the metal processing process.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and case study,the influence of surface quality on performance,quality evaluation index,process parameter optimization,and application of surface treatment technology are discussed.The results show that the reasonable selection of processing parameters and the application of surface treatment technology are effective means to improve surface quality and achieve highquality parts manufacturing.
