风冷热泵空调变工况冷却特性的研究

摘  要:由于室内外温度、湿度和风速等参数随季节、时间段和天气条件发生变化,使得风冷热泵空调在不同工况下的耗能较大。为了实现建筑的环境效益和经济效益,研究风冷热泵空调变工况冷却特性。以国标系列压缩机参数数据库为基准,在变工况过程内对风冷热泵空调的系统工作简化处理,获取压缩机在制冷过程中的功率。按照建筑的应用特征,采用翅片管式的蒸发器分析换热量,根据制冷工质特质计算蒸发器换热量。选择分布参数法设定计算区间,简化制冷器的运行过程,构建平衡方程获取风冷冷凝器冷却流动特征,从而优化空调系统的运行策略,提高系统的能效比和降低能耗。仿真结果表明:进风量对风冷热泵空调的冷却性能有显著影响,进风量为350 m^(3)/h时制冷量为450~1200W,露点效率为0.52~0.89,进风量为550 m^(3)/h时出口干球温度满足舒适度需求(23~28℃),进风量为850 m^(3)/h时制冷量为520~1900W,露点效率为0.12~0.62。Due to the changes in indoor and outdoor temperature,humidity,wind speed and other parameters with seasons,time periods,and weather conditions,the energy consumption of air-cooled heat pump air conditioning under different working conditions is relatively large.Based on the national standard series compressor parameter database,we simplify the system work of air-cooled heat pump air conditioning in the process of changing working conditions,and obtain the compressor power in the refrigeration process.According to the application characteristics of buildings,finned tube evaporator is used to analyze the heat transfer,and the heat transfer of evaporator is calculated according to the characteristics of refrigeration working medium.The distributed parameter method is selected to set the calculation interval,simplify the operation process of the cooler,and construct a balance equation to obtain the cooling flow characteristics of the air-cooled condenser,so as to optimize the operation strategy of the air conditioning system,improve the energy efficiency ratio of the system and reduce energy consumption.The simulation results show that:the inlet air volume has a significant impact on the cooling performance of air-cooled heat pump air conditioning.When the inlet air volume is 350 m^(3)/h,the cooling capacity is 450~1200 W,the dew point efficiency is 0.52~0.89,and the outlet dry bulb temperature meets the comfort demand(23~28℃)when the inlet air volume is 550 m^(3)/h.When the inlet air volume is 850 m^(3)/h,the cooling capacity is 520~1900 W,and the dew point efficiency is 0.12~0.62.
