摘  要:为研究‘雪球’海棠授粉情况对子房的发育影响,本实验将‘雪球’海棠16d幼果授粉与未授粉的子房进行比较,测定它们果柄叶绿素和花青苷含量,以及果实的活性氧(reactiveoxygenspecies,ROS)强度。对授粉和未授粉的子房内部胚珠发育情况及外观进行观察测量,发现未授粉的‘雪球’海棠幼果果柄脱落,其子房发育受到抑制,进一步研究发现,未授粉的子房发育状况与活性氧强度及花青苷含量有关。In order to study the effects of pollination on ovary development,we compared the ovary of 16-day young fruit pollinated and unpollinated,measured the content of chlorophyll and anthocyanin in the stem,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)intensity in the fruit.Development and appearance of ovule in pollinated and unpollinated ovary showed that the stem of unpollinated Malus'Snowdrift'young fruit fell off and the ovary development was inhibited.Further study showed that the development of unpollinated ovary was related to reactive oxygen intensity and anthocyanin content.
