高性能温湿度检定箱的设计与试验

摘　　要：针对我国现有温湿度校准装备可靠性低、温区较窄等难以满足大批量温湿度计检定的问题,本文设计并研制了一款温湿度检定箱,该设备可提供稳定且较宽温区的温湿度场,以完成多类型批量温湿度计的检定校准工作。首先,对温湿度检定箱的原理和整体结构进行阐述,并对关键部件系统进行设计;其次,基于工作腔出风口是否添加均压结构进行风场均匀性仿真,并通过风速不均匀度公式完成了近似计算,验证结构的可行性;最后,对温湿度检定箱进行了性能测试试验,试验结果表明:该温湿度检定箱性能优越,温度场波动度、均匀度分别为±0.10℃、0.14℃,湿度场波动度、均匀度分别为±0.3%RH、0.7%RH,满足国家规程要求。To address the issue of low reliability and narrow temperature range of existing temperature and humidity calibration equipment in China,making it difficult to calibrate large batches of temperature and humidity meters,this paper designs and develops a temperature and humidity calibration chamber.The equipment provides a stable and wide temperature and humidity field to complete the calibration of multiple types of temperature and humidity meters.Firstly,the principle and overall structure of the temperature and humidity calibration chamber are elaborated,and the design of key components is carried out.Secondly,based on whether the air outlet of the working chamber is equipped with a pressure equalization structure,the uniformity of the airflow field is simulated,and the feasibility of the structure is verified by approximately calculating the airflow non-uniformity.Finally,the performance of the temperature and humidity calibration chamber is tested.The test results show that the performance of the temperature and humidity calibration chamber is excellent,with temperature field fluctuation and uniformity of±0.10℃and 0.14℃respectively,and humidity field fluctuation and uniformity of±0.3%RH and 0.7%RH respectively,all of which meet the requirements of national regulations.
