摘　　要：皮肤扩张术能够提供与受区颜色、质地、感觉等相近的组织,且供区损伤小,用于创伤后体表畸形修复,不但可使患者恢复功能,而且具有良好美学效果。本文结合国内外文献及笔者经验,阐述了皮肤扩张术在创伤后遗留畸形修复中的技术要点,并详细探讨了在全身不同解剖部位应用皮肤扩张术的方法策略,以期更好地指导临床实践。Tissue expansion can provide tissue similar to the recipient area in color,texture and feeling,and the donor site is less damaged.It can be used to repair post-traumatic body surface deformity,which can not only restore the patient s function,but also have good aesthetic effect.Based on the domestic and foreign literature and the author's experience,this paper expounds the technical points of tissue expansion in the repair of post-traumatic deformity,and discusses the methods and strategies of applying tissue expansion in different anatomical parts of the whole body in detail,in order to better guide clinical practice.
