摘  要:数字化智能体测度分析技术能够帮助设计者更好地把握空间使用情况。文章探索城市滨水公共活动场所使用行为的智能体测度方法,将空间分析、诊断、优化与住区用户的需求偏好更加紧密结合。以北外滩滨水公共空间改造前后为例,利用聚类分析形成使用者情景需求模型,利用二元回归分析形成微观选择模型,从而归纳模拟周边用户在滨水、景观、休息、消费、文化、体育六大类活动的需求比例。根据模拟结果,发现其远水与近水空间的集中与复合化使用特征、空间局部拥堵问题,并验证空间尺度增加、设施类型丰富对活动均匀化的导向作用;继而提出近水空间尺度放大、空间设施多样化、交通网络便捷化等优化措施。The measurement analysis technique for digital agent can help designer to better grasp the circumstance of space use.This paper explores the agent measurement method for the using behavior of urban waterfront public activity venues,and it more closely combines the space analysis,diagnosis,optimization and the demand preference of residential users.Taking the waterfront public space at north Bund before and after transformation as an example,this paper utilizes cluster analysis to form user scenario demand model,utilizes binary regression analysis to form micro selection model,so as to perform inductive simulation to the demand proportion of surrounding users in six kinds of activities,including waterfront,landscape,resting,consumption,culture and physical training.According to the simulation result,the centralized and compound use characteristics of its space near to or far from water and local space congestion problem are found,and the directional effect of increase in space scale and rich types of facilities on activity homogenization is verified,and optimization measures are further put forward,such as near-water spatial scale amplification,diversification of space facilities and convenience of transportation network,etc.
