摘　　要：结合国家的规范化界定,明确生态产品和生态产品价值的基本概念,利用国民经济学结构分析、机制分析的方法,对提升辽东绿色经济区生态产品价值进行研究。研究发现,目前辽东绿色经济区的产业结构不适应生态产品价值提升的客观要求,生态资源与产业对接渠道不畅;森林生态产品再生产活动存在资源约束、增值机制不完善等问题。为此,应当采取措施消除生态产品价值体系的结构性短板,完善相关增值机制,促进辽东绿色经济区生态产品的价值提升。The basic concepts of ecological products and the value of ecological products are clarified.How to promote the value of ecological products in Liaodong Green Economic Zone is studied with method of structural analysis and mechanism analysis of national economics.It is found that the current industrial structure of the Liaodong Green Economic Zone does not meet the objective requirements of the improvement of the value of ecological products,and the channels for connecting ecological resources and industries are not smooth;there are some problems in the reproduction of forest ecological products,such as resource constraints and imperfect value-added mechanism.Therefore,measures should be taken to eliminate the structural shortcomings of the value system of ecological products,improve the relevant value-added mechanism,and promote the value of ecological products in Liaodong Green Economic Zone.
