摘  要:在新能源阶跃式发展的背景下,虚拟电厂作为调动负荷侧调节资源的重要手段在保障电网安全稳定运行方面有一定的支撑性作用。同时,虚拟电厂可优化负荷侧用能结构,提高用户侧的经济性。为了进一步提升分布式新能源及负荷侧的经济性,文章将负荷响应速度进行分级并结合分时电价综合优化,最终通过实际案例进行了验证。结果表明,文中所述的方案可使负荷侧用电费用下降,有效提升了经济性。As an important means of mobilizing demand-side regulation resources,virtual power plants play a supportive role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid against the backdrop of the rapid development of new energy.At the same time, virtual power plants can optimize the energy use structure on the demand side, improving the economic efficiency for users. To further enhance the economic efficiency of distributed new energy and the demand side, this article classifies the response speed of the load and combines it with time-of-use pricing for comprehensive optimization.The approach was validated through actual case studies. The results show that the proposed scheme can reduce electricity costs on the demand side, effectively improving economic efficiency.
