摘 要:斗轮堆取料机是干散货码头中常见的大型堆取料设备,其作业自动化程度直接影响堆场的生产效率。通过分析堆场上的斗轮堆取料机、料堆、激光成像设备在作业时的空间关系,推理得到斗轮堆取料机作业实时位置及其姿态的一种计算方法。经实践验证,该方法可满足现场生产要求,可为开发散货堆场堆取料、装卸船等自动化作业系统、提高堆场生产效率提供参考。Bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer is a common large-scale stacking and reclaiming equipment in dry bulk cargo ports,and the degree of its operational automation directly affects the productivity of the yard.By analyzing the spatial relationship between the bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer,the stockpile and the laser imaging equipment in the yard during the operation,a calculation method is deduced to obtain the real-time position of the bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer operation and its attitude.After practical test,this method can meet the requirements of field production,and can provide reference for the development of automated operation system of stacking and reclaiming,handling of ships in the bulk yard and improvement of production efficiency of the yard.
