摘 要:基于VOF模型,将D型特斯拉阀分别设置于脉动热管的蒸发段、冷凝段、绝热段位置,对单回路特斯拉阀型脉动热管的传热特性进行数值模拟,研究特斯拉阀的位置对启动时间、运行温度、传热热阻的影响规律。结果表明:特斯拉阀的单向导通性能够有效促进工质流动循环,特斯拉阀位于蒸发段及绝热段的启动时间优于普通脉动热管,在加热功率为2 W时,特斯拉阀位于蒸发段的脉动热管启动时间最短,加热功率>2 W时,特斯拉阀位于绝热段的脉动热管启动时间最短。相较普通脉动热管,特斯拉阀位于绝热段与蒸发段的脉动热管的热阻降低10%—18%。研究可为新型管路结构脉动热管内的气液两相流动及传热机理提供理论支持。Based on VOF model,the D-type Tesla valve was arranged in the evaporator,condenser and adiabatic section of pulsating heat pipe,and the influence of Tesla valve on heat transfer performance of one-turn pulsating heat pipe was investigated numerically.The effect of setting position of Tesla valve on the start-up time,temperature,and thermal resistance was studied.The results show that the Diodicity of the Tesla valve can promote the flowing circulation,and the start-up and heat transfer performance of Tesla valve in the evaporator and adiabatic sections is better than that of conventional pulsating heat pipe.When the heating input is 2 W,the pulsating heat pipe of Tesla valve located in the evaporator has the shortest start-up time,and the pulsating heat pipe of the Tesla valve located in the adiabatic section has the shortest start-up at the heating input greater than 2 W.The thermal resistance of pulsating heat pipe integrated with Tesla valves in adiabatic and evaporator section is lower than conventional pulsating heat pipes by 10%-18%.The research can be the theoretical reference for the two-phase flow and heat transfer performance of the novel pipe-structure pulsating heat pipe.
