摘  要:基于对改性PP-R聚丙烯材料的研究,根据电缆运行环境,通过采用以聚丙烯树脂和增韧弹性体为主的超净PP绝缘材料、超光滑半导PP屏蔽料,设计研发了可应用在290/500 kV电力系统中的聚丙烯绝缘电力电缆。该电缆通过平滑铝金属套设计和双焊枪焊接技术,成功解决了传统皱纹铝护套由波谷点接触所引起的质量安全风险。相比相同运行环境中的传统交联聚乙烯绝缘皱纹铝护套电力电缆,其长期工作温度可提升到105℃;电缆正常运行时的载流量在直埋土壤中可提升18.6%,在空气中可提升20.3%。According to the cable operating environment,this paper designed a polypropylene insulated power cable used in 290/500 kV power system by using polypropylene resin and toughened elastomer as the main ultra-clean PP insulation material and super smooth half guide PP shielding material,which based on the research of modified PP-R polypropylene material.This cable successfully solved the quality and safety risks caused by trough point contact of traditional corrugated aluminum sheath through smooth aluminum metal sleeve design and double welding gun welding technology.Comparing with the traditional cross-linked polyethylene insulated wrinkle aluminum sheath power cable in the same operating environment,this long-term operating temperature of the cable could be raised to 105℃,the current-carrying capacity of the cable in normal operation could be increased by about 18.6%in the directly buried soil and by about 20.3%in the air.
