摘  要:换相开关参与抽水蓄能电站多种工况转换,其性能的好坏对抽水蓄能电站运行极为重要。以某抽水蓄能电站400 MW级发电机出口换相开关为研究对象,介绍了其基本结构和运行原理,对主通电回路的通流性能进行了计算分析,根据产品实际运行工况要求,搭建了三维仿真模型并进行了稳态热分析,计算出导体温升的分布规律。针对不同的表面散热系数以及辐射值,进行了仿真温升数据对比,并对换相开关样机进行了温升试验,经仿真结果和试验数据对比,验证了设计的合理性以及仿真的正确性。Commutation switch is involved in the switch of various working conditions of pumped storage power station,and its performance is very important to the operation of pumped storage power station.This paper takes the outlet commutation switch of 400 MW generator of pumped-storage power station as the research object to introduce the basic structure and operation principle,calculate and analyze the current passing performance of the main energized circuit.According to the requirements of the actual operation condition of the product,building the three-dimensional simulation model and analyzing the steady-state thermal,and the distribution law of conductor temperature rise is calculated.Then,according to the different surface heat dissipation coefficient and radiation value,comparing the simulation temperature rise data and carring out the temperature rise test for the commutation switch prototype.Finally,the rationality of the design and the correctness of the simulation are verified by comparing the simulation results with the test data.
