摘  要:介绍了一例尿素装置解吸水解系统回流冷凝器发生泄漏后,氨氮流入循环水系统,引起循环水水质发生恶化的事件;归纳了氨氮流入循环水系统的经过、影响及采取措施;总结了尿素装置换热器堵漏前的工艺处理过程;对行业内含氨氮的换热器泄漏后循环水系统的变化及同类型尿素装置换热器堵漏的工艺处理过程,具有一定借鉴意义。The paper describes a case of reflux condenser leakage in a Desorption and Hydrolysis System of a urea plant,where ammonia nitrogen flows into the circulating water system and deteriorates the circulating water quality.It also introduces how the ammonia nitrogen gets into the circulating water system,what impact it causes and what measures are taken.It sums up the process treatment before stopping the heat exchanger leakage and offers some significant reference to the impact on the circulating water system after an ammonia-containing leakage at the heat exchanger and process treatment of similar heat exchangers in urea plants.
